Charles Caldas

Charles Caldas serves as a Supervisory Board Member at Edel A.G. and is a Partner at Exceleration Music, a global partnership investing in independent labels and artists. Charles is also the Founder of 38 North Ltd., where Charles advises on business strategy for music and tech companies globally. Previously, Charles was the CEO of Merlin BV, a global Digital Rights agency, and CEO of Shock Entertainment Group. Charles Caldas holds a degree from Monash University.
