Damian Navas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent consultancy, executive search, and leadership development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Excelerator Partners since February 2025, Damian leads initiatives to support VC and PE backed businesses in value creation. Prior to this role, Damian was Managing Partner at ecap, which focuses on empowering organizations through exceptional leadership from February 2023 to February 2025. As a co-founder and Director at Haig&Co from December 2014 to February 2023, Damian enhanced talent acquisition in the Finance & Accounting and Digital Transformation sectors. Additional experience includes leading Otravida Search Ltd, and serving in various managerial roles at Page Executive and Robert Half International, alongside earlier work as a Senior Consultant at Computer Futures Solutions.
