Ankita Srivastava

Ankita Srivastava has been working in the corporate world since 2016. Ankita started their career at Concentrix as a Process Trainer and Technical Support Executive. In their role as a trainer, they helped new employees understand the importance of customer service. As a Technical Support Executive, they were responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to a wide range of technical glitches. In 2018, they joined ExcelGens, Inc. as Manager - Business Development.

Ankita Srivastava received their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Babu Banarsi Das Northern India Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they attended the World Staffing Summit in January 2022.
