Richa Sah

Richa Sah has been working in the professional world since 2009. Richa began their career as a Summer Trainee at Laxmi Taru, where they worked on a project to find methods for the livelihood of 10th or 12th dropouts in their locality. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Sirveen Control Systems Pvt Ltd, where they studied the manufacture of components like LED, flasher light, Excitation Control panel (EXCP) and made a working model for some of the ongoing projects in the company. In 2012, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at KOTAK URJA PVT LTD in Bangalore, where they learned about the company's various products, techniques, and technologies. In 2014, they joined Lecan Solutions Private Limited as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they worked with a handful of clients. In 2017, they joined ExcelGens, Inc. as a Team Lead-Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruiting and onboarding talent in the HQ in Denville, NJ, as well as in branch offices in IL, MS, CA, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Richa Sah completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The ICFAI University, Dehradun. Richa then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Uttarakhand Open University from 2018 to 2020. Richa has also obtained several certifications, including Social Recruiting for Recruiters from LinkedIn in May 2020, Outstanding Performance from ExcelGens, Inc. in February 2019, and Certificate Of Excellence from Lecan Solutions Private Limited in October 2016.
