Devin Babcock

Devin Babcock currently serves as the Managing Director of Advocacy at ExcelinEd since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Majority Policy Director and Chief of Staff at the Ohio House of Representatives from February 2023 to January 2025, and Regional Advocacy Director for the Great Lakes at ExcelinEd from June 2022 to February 2023. Devin has also held the position of Assistant Policy Director in the Office of Governor Mike DeWine from January 2019 to June 2022, served as Federal and State Legislative Liaison at the Ohio Department of Education from December 2015 to January 2019, worked as a Senior Legislative Aide in the Ohio Senate from March 2014 to December 2015, and completed a Legislative Fellowship with the Ohio Legislative Service Commission from December 2013 to March 2014. Devin Babcock earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Cedarville University.
