Becky Schatzberg

Becky Schatzberg has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Becky most recently served as the Director of Human Resources USA at Excelitas Technologies Corp., where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company, including Senior Manager of Human Resources. Before joining Excelitas Technologies Corp., Becky worked as an HR Manager at Rittal and as a Regional Human Resources Director at Brookdale. Becky also has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation and a Recruiter at Graceworks Lutheran Services. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Professor at Wright State University and Miami-Jacobs Career College.

Becky Schatzberg holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Becky also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an HR concentration from Park University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including CCP - Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work in 2010, DDI Certified Trainer in Management from DDI in 2002, DDI Certified Targeted Selection Administrator from DDI in 2001, and SPHR - Senior Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
