Sharon Ng

Sharon Ng has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being with Excelitas Technologies Corp. as a Human Resources Director starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Michelman from June 2016 to February 2023. Sharon also worked as an HR Manager at Ingersoll Rand from August 2011 to June 2016. Sharon has held various HR roles throughout their career, including HR Manager at Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide Pte Ltd and Assistant Manager HR at Flex. Sharon began their HR career at IBM as a Staff HR Professional and later worked as a Regional HR Specialist at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Before that, they served as an HR & Admin Executive at Pacific Internet and as a Personnel Officer at Hitachi Cable (S) Pte Ltd, demonstrating their strong background in HR across different industries.

Sharon Ng completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University in 2016. Sharon also obtained additional certifications, including the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning (SUSS) in 2019, and the Certified Coach Skills (Career Coaching) Program and Professional Career Coaching Program from the Centre for Career Excellence and International Coach Academy respectively, both in 2018.
