Cara Duis

Cara Duis is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the marketing and creative industries. Currently serving as Design Manager at Excell Marketing since May 2016, Cara oversees resource allocation, project prioritization, and the creative workflow of the design team, fostering a culture of design excellence. Previously, Cara held the position of Brand Manager for Toys, where responsibilities included the ideation, design, and management of product and packaging while liaising with licensors. Cara began the career at Excell Brands as a Graphic Designer, handling packaging, product design, and branding. Earlier positions include Artist at Creative Spirits, Graphic Design Intern at CBX, and Design and Marketing Intern at Downtown Community Alliance. Cara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising from Iowa State University, completed in 2016.
