Daler Kabylbayev

Daler Kabylbayev is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the petroleum and logging industries. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Excellence Logging since April 2023, Daler is responsible for service delivery, quality operations, logistics management, and overseeing Health & Safety, Environment, and Security. Previously, Daler held positions as a Data Engineer Consultant at Oil Consultants Inc and CVAI, where responsibilities included supervising field personnel, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and data management. Daler's earlier roles at Excellence Logging and Weatherford involved unit management, data collection, and analysis, as well as logging operations supervision. Daler holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Geology from Satbayev University.
