Tiffany Besson

Tiffany Besson serves as the Regional HR Lead at Excellence Logging since March 2020, collaborating with high-level executives to support HR operations across 15 countries, including UAE, Switzerland, Turkey, and several others. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Regional HR Representative and Regional HR Representative at Fine Hygienic Holding, where Tiffany contributed to HR initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Earlier experience at Akka Technologies involved recruitment and employee engagement activities, while an internship at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts provided foundational HR skills in recruitment and employee relations. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and University of Geneva.
