Gareth Bradley is an experienced sales and commercial leader with a strong track record in driving growth and managing change across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Excellence since January 2023, Gareth focuses on developing the commercial team to achieve profitability and sales objectives. Previously, Gareth held key positions such as Commercial Director at BALCAS, where strategic growth was developed for the Bioenergy division, and Export Director at Valeo Foods Group, overseeing business transformation during acquisitions. With a solid foundation in management roles, including Managing Director at Robert Roberts, Gareth has consistently aimed for achieving operational targets and enhancing team performance. Gareth holds a Master of Science in Purchasing and Supply Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Ulster University.
