Cassidy Duffy has accumulated a diverse range of professional experience in recruitment and laboratory work. Beginning as an Intern at Crisis Nursery in 2019, Cassidy provided support in childcare and family services. After earning a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Illinois State University in 2020, Cassidy worked as a Laboratory Technician for the CDC Foundation from December 2020 to September 2022, focusing on accessioning COVID-19 samples. In September 2022, Cassidy joined Pinnacle Employer Services as a Recruiter and later transitioned to FTI in December 2025, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
