Hayden Shaw

Hayden Shaw currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at FTI, beginning in July 2025, providing essential support throughout project phases and ensuring timely delivery of long lead materials. Previously, Hayden was a National Account Manager at Ryan Transportation from February 2023 to July 2025, managing customer accounts and coordinating freight logistics. Earlier roles at Ryan included Senior Carrier Sales Representative and Carrier Sales Representative, focusing on relationship building and sales enhancement. Prior experience includes managing operations at Red Door Woodfired Grill, providing armed security services at Heartland Security Services, and serving as an Emergency Medical Technician at Midwest Medical Transport Company. Hayden's foundational experience includes military service as a 19K (Armor Crewman) in the US Army, alongside work in customer service at Jose Pepper's Restaurants. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts degree and an EMT certification from Johnson County Community College, along with a high school diploma from Blue Valley West High School.
