Marisa Pentek

Marisa Pentek is a Talent Acquisition Partner currently with FTI, where they perform searches for qualified candidates and establish relationships with hiring managers to address current and future staffing needs. Previously, Marisa served as the FSET & W2 Team Lead at Forward Service Corporation from 2018 to 2025, managing program operations and enhancing the candidate experience through HR-related tasks. They also worked as a Volunteer and Service Coordinator and interned at the Winnebago County Literacy Council from 2017 to 2018, assisting new learners and creating essential documentation. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
