Anwar Bilcha

Anwar Bilcha is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and managing software solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Engage2Excel since February 2023, Anwar is responsible for developing core features of the Employee Recognition system and managing deployment processes. Prior experience includes a role at Excellerent Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed discussing domain problems, implementing user stories, and managing repositories. Anwar also worked at Security Finance as a Senior Full-Stack Developer from April to November 2022, contributing to the eSign project and integrating APIs. Previous positions include Senior .NET Back End Developer at Yeron Ride Plc and Software Engineer at Haramaya University, complemented by a dual role as a Lecturer in Software Engineering. Anwar holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Aksum University.
