Frehiwot Girma

Frehiwot Girma is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in overseeing quality assurance processes within software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC since May 2022, Frehiwot is responsible for creating test plans, designing test cases, and executing tests to ensure software compliance with specified requirements. Prior to this role, Frehiwot held positions at Excellerent Solutions and CNET Software Technologies PLC, where responsibilities included ERP application support, troubleshooting, and quality assurance strategy implementation for various software applications. Frehiwot also has a background in customer service, having provided support for ERP systems. Education includes a Master of Arts in Project Management from Admas University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Debrebirhan University.
