Lucien Delapraz

Lucien Delapraz currently serves as the Head of HR at ExcellGene SA, a contract research and manufacturing organization based in Monthey, Switzerland, since January 2022. Previous roles include HR Advisor at CHUV, where responsibilities involved pre- and post-graduate training for medical fields, and HR Business Partner at Medicol, overseeing HR policies and medical service quality. Lucien has extensive experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, training, and strategic partnership development from roles at organizations such as Takeda, Leman Emploi, and TNT Swiss Post AG. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Management & Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from Université de Neuchâtel. Recently completed a CAS in the Digitalisation of the HR Function at HEIG-VD.
