Aimee Gama has over 14 years of experience in quality control and assurance, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Quality Control at Excelligence Learning Corp since 2009. In this role, Aimee oversees product quality, addresses product issues, and focuses on enhancing product safety and customer experience. Previous positions at Excelligence include Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and Accounts Receivable, where Aimee managed order reviews for credit-related issues. Prior experience at HSBC Card & Retail Services from 2001 to 2009 includes roles as a Business Consulting Analyst and Senior Fraud Specialist Lead, contributing to cost-saving projects and investigating unauthorized transactions.
