Chase Monckton

Chase Monckton has diverse work experience in various research and technical roles. In 2013, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UNC School of Medicine until April 2016. From May 2014 to August 2015, they were a Research Assistant at The University of Chicago. In 2016, Chase joined the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they worked until their next role. In October 2022, they became a Senior Technical Lead at Excellos.

Chase Monckton began their education at John Hersey High School, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University, graduating in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Chase went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed in 2020.
