Douglas Briggs

Douglas Briggs is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and Scrum Master Manager at Excellus BCBS since March 2014, leading agile transformation efforts and managing a team of 15 Scrum Masters. Previous roles include Corporate Director of the Agile/Lean Center of Excellence and Director of Enterprise IT Application Development at Excellus, focusing on operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. Prior to Excellus, Douglas served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Mindex, managing the development of the schooltool Student Management System, and held various positions at ABB, including Software Development Manager and Program Manager, developing software for industrial applications. Douglas began his career as a Process Control Engineer at Eastman Kodak and has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology.
