Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart has held various leadership positions at Excellus BCBS. From April 2006 to February 2013, they served as the Director of Enrollment & Call Center, Safety Net & Govt Programs. Then, from March 2013 to June 2019, they took on the role of Director, Customer Operations, where they led customer experience operations for Individual Market, Medicare, and NYS Gov’t Programs. Since July 2019, Elizabeth has been working as the Director of Health Care Improvement at Excellus BCBS. Prior to these roles, they held positions such as Vice President, Safety Net & Govt Programs from April 2003 to April 2005, and Director of Marketing and Product Development from October 1989 to April 2003.

Elizabeth Hart earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1996.
