Eugene Rozenblyum

Eugene Rozenblyum has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Trade Relations and Enterprise Drug Solutions at Excellus BCBS since March 2013, where responsibilities include collaborating with pharmaceutical manufacturers and PBMs to optimize rebate agreements. Previous roles at Excellus BCBS include Director and Program Director for Trade Relations and Enterprise Drug Solutions, as well as Manager of Pharmaceutical Trade Relations and Operations. Prior to this, Eugene worked at Kmart for over a decade as Supervising Pharmacist and Staff Pharmacist. Eugene earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University at Buffalo Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from 1995 to 2001.
