Jennifer Bement

Jennifer Bement is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in digital strategy, education, and community development. Currently serving as a Digital Strategy Consultant at Excellus BCBS and an Adjunct Professor in Communication Skills at the University at Buffalo School of Management, Bement brings extensive expertise in training and development from previous roles at M&T Bank, including Learning & Development Consultant Manager and Director of Strategic Sourcing. Bement also has experience in nonprofit management as a Special Opportunities Manager at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, where significant projects and community initiatives were spearheaded.
