Kirstyn Hoyt has a diverse work experience in the customer experience and operations field. Kirstyn started their career at POMCO Group in 2014 as an Operations Supervisor and later moved up to the role of Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined Excellus BCBS as an Operations Supervisor and then progressed to become a Manager in Learning & Performance. Kirstyn furthered their growth within the company and became the Manager of Experience Strategy & Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Customer & Stakeholder Experience at Excellus BCBS.

Kirstyn Hoyt earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. Kirstyn attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
