Latoya Mallory

Latoya Mallory is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently serving as Director of Case Management at Excellus BCBS since October 2018, Latoya has previously held positions including Manager of Integrated Clinical Program Management and Manager of Case Management at the same organization. Latoya's prior experience includes managing a maternal child program at Centene Corporation and working as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed direct patient care and high-risk assessments. Earlier in the career, Latoya was a Registered Nurse at University of Rochester Medical Center, providing care in a high turnover medical/surgical unit. Latoya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from D'Youville University, obtained in 2008.
