Matthew Wagstaff

Matthew Wagstaff, MBA, LAH, serves as the Community Investments and Partnerships Director at Excellus BCBS, leading the development of community relationships and investments in the Rochester, NY area. With extensive experience spanning over 16 years at Excellus BCBS, Matthew has held various strategic roles, including Corporate Development & Strategy Director and Strategy & Corporate Administration Director, where oversight of inorganic transactions and collaboration with senior leadership were key responsibilities. In addition to contributions in corporate strategy, Matthew has co-facilitated a personal exploration curriculum for parents at the Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute and founded Positive Printz, an inspirational clothing brand. Matthew's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University at Buffalo and certifications in innovation strategy and leadership.
