Molly Coria

Molly Coria, MHA, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of HR Compliance and Employee Leave Programs at Excellus BCBS, where responsibilities include overseeing employee leave programs and the company's immigration program, alongside managing compliance and regulatory activities within Human Resources. With extensive experience in employee relations, Molly has previously held roles such as Manager of Employee Relations and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, as well as Manager of HR Business Partner Operations at Rochester Regional Health. Throughout the career, Molly has developed policies, processes, and training initiatives, while ensuring adherence to various legal regulations. Molly holds an MSHA from Roberts Wesleyan College, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Law, Leadership, and Policy from Albany Law School.
