Nandini Labuhn

Nandini Labuhn currently serves as the Director of the Enterprise Center of Excellence at Excellus BCBS, focusing on portfolio management standards, change management, and enterprise-wide Agile Transformation since June 2023. Previously, Nandini held various leadership positions at Excellus Health Plan, Inc., including Director of the EPMO, where strategic project portfolios were managed and critical initiatives prioritized. Nandini's earlier roles included Strategic Business Program Manager, IT Portfolio Manager, and Solutions Architect, all contributing to high-profile initiatives and cross-departmental collaborations. Nandini holds a Master’s degree in Software Development and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo.
