Steve Deal

Steve Deal is a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering across multiple industries. Currently at Excellus BCBS since March 2019, Steve specializes in Cloud technologies and API, enhancing RESTful Web Services. Previously, at Thomson Reuters, significant contributions included the development of the CLEAR Online Investigation Software and leadership in feature development for WestlawNext Canada. As a Lead Mentor for Fairport Robotics, Steve managed a high school robotics team, fostering STEM education and mentoring students. Earlier in a role at Kodak, Steve developed enterprise content management applications and led significant data migrations. Steve holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
