Tom Santillo

Tom Santillo, MHA, currently serves as the Medicare STARS Quality Improvement Manager and Health Care Improvement Quality Outreach Consultant at Excellus BCBS since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tom was the Practice Manager at the University of Rochester Medical Center, overseeing the Complex Care Center and managing regulatory compliance. Tom's extensive experience in healthcare began at Mary Cariola Children's Center, where involvement progressed from part-time Habilitation Specialist to Waiver Services Staff Supervisor, managing the Waiver Services Program and coordinating daily activities for residents. Tom holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Roberts Wesleyan University.
