Daniel B.

Daniel B. has extensive work experience in the renewable energy sector. Daniel currently holds the position of Head of Project Execution at Excelsior Energy Capital since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DSD Renewables as the Vice President Delivery - Asset Acquisitions from July 2020 to June 2023, and as the Director, Cost Initiatives & Estimating from July 2019 to July 2020. Daniel also worked at GE Solar as the Director, Cost Initiatives & Estimating from April 2018 to July 2019, and as the Director, Project Development from January 2016 to April 2018. Before that, they served as the EVP Development & Operations and later as the VP - Operations & Performance Management at Empower Energies, Inc. from July 2014 to December 2015 and from March 2013 to June 2014, respectively. Daniel also held positions at UR Solar Power as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2012 to February 2013, and as the VP - Operations from September 2009 to February 2012. Daniel started their career at SunEdison as the Director, Global Commercial Operations from October 2008 to May 2009. Prior to that, Daniel worked at BP Solar International, Inc. as the Director, Global Performance Management from October 2006 to October 2008, and as the Commercial Operations Manager, North America from August 2000 to October 2006. Daniel began their career at iGate Mastech as the Managing Lead Functional Consultant from May 1998 to July 2000. Daniel's earliest work experience was at Draeger Safety as the Logistics Manager from November 1988 to April 1998.

Daniel B. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Robert Morris University between 1992 and 1998. Daniel later pursued an MBA in Business Management at Loyola University Maryland from 2004 to 2006.
