Andrew Bristow

Andrew is an Australian Solicitor with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in corporate and commercial law with a focus on initial public offerings and capital raising for companies listed on the ASX and other exchanges.

He has listed over 20 companies in a wide range of industries including mining, stockbroking, toll roads, education, manufacturing, and software.

Andrew has also advised on numerous Corporate business acquisitions including the acquisition of a private bus operator in Victoria for over $100 million as well as corporate restructures of Boeing Australia, Prudential Australasia, and Thomas Cook's Australian operations.

Andrew also acts as Company Secretary for several listed and unlisted companies and his company Highgate Corporate Advisors is a nominated advisor on the NSX.
