Claudia Shaffer

Claudia Shaffer is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in the field of social work and mental health therapy. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Excelsior Wellness since January 2020, Claudia also holds previous experience as a Clinical Social Work Intern with Cheney School District from August 2018 to March 2019, and a Student Intern prior to that. Claudia's career began in the financial sector as a Loan Officer at Hapo Community Credit Union and as a Unit Pricing Manager at Kmart Corporation. Academically, Claudia attained a Master’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, following an Applied Developmental Psychology degree and an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Spokane Falls Community College, contributing to a strong foundation in psychological principles.
