Sarah Prager LPC, LAC, ICGC-I has extensive experience in substance use services and youth treatment. Since January 2017, Sarah has served as Vice President and Clinical Director at AllHealth Network. Concurrently, Sarah has been with Excelsior Youth Center since 2004, holding roles as Treatment Coordinator and Therapist, focusing on case planning and management, therapy, and crisis management. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Capella University (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado (2000-2004).

For more than 43 years, Excelsior has strengthened and educated at-risk youth and their families. Each child and each family has a different story, but they have one thing in common – trauma. Excelsior’s youth have experienced too much trauma in their short lives, stemming from any number of things, including abuse and exploitation, gang violence, substance abuse, or mental illness. Specializing in a wide range of behavioral healthcare services, Excelsior achieves lasting success for youth by strengthening the entire family with innovative treatments and solutions.
