Rahul Ghosh

Rahul Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rahul began their career at RocSearch as a Senior Technical Researcher, where they conducted market research and wrote market reports. Rahul then moved on to RNCOS Business Consulting Services, where they worked as a Manager of Operations, managing a team of 25 staff members and overseeing the creation of various technical documents.

After that, Rahul transitioned into instructional design roles, starting at Edutech Dimensions as an Instructional Designer, where they designed courses for prominent clients such as Wipro, Goldman Sachs, and Oracle. Rahul then joined Praxis Interactive Technologies as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they developed module content, assessment programs, and detailed design specifications for mathematics and science courses.

Rahul's next role was at Maximize Learning as a Senior Instructional Designer, working on courseware for the Hewitt Learning process. Rahul then moved to SQL Star International as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they were responsible for storyboarding, identifying learning needs, and designing learning models. During this time, they also served as a key client point of contact and managed a team of 35+ people.

Rahul's most recent role was at Excel-Soft Technologies, where they started as a Senior Instructional Designer in Strategy Design. In this role, they analyzed training needs, provided solutions, estimated projects, created proposals and proof-of-concepts, and managed instructional design teams. Rahul then progressed to become a Lead Instructional Designer, where they continued to lead the design and development of training solutions for internal and external clients.

Throughout their career, Rahul has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, project management, client relations, and team leadership.

Rahul Ghosh began their education at Raisina Bengali Sr. Secondary School, where they pursued Arts from 1982 to 1993. Rahul then attended Ramjas College, Delhi University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Following this, they enrolled at NIIT and completed the GNIIT + QMS program in Computer Programming from 1997 to 1999. Rahul Ghosh also obtained the GNIIT certification from NIIT Ltd, although the specific month and year are unknown.
