Exceptional Intentions provides Independent Facilitation for individuals and families participating in the California Regional Center Self-Determination Program (SDP). 

Serving Northern California, we support people with developmental disabilities in creating intentional paths toward a life they choose. As Independent Facilitators, we help guide the person-centered planning process, explore resources, develop individualized goals, and coordinate support aligned with each person’s vision and values.
