Randi Derakhshani

Randi Derakhshani has worked in the field of 3D animation for over 20 years. Randi began their career as an adjunct faculty member at Santa Monica College, teaching classes in the Entertainment Technology program. Randi then went on to author several books on 3D animation, including "Introduction to 3ds Max 2008" and "3ds Max Essentials 2012-2016". In 2014, they joined the faculty at The Art Institutes, where they teach various classes in the Game art, Visual Effect and Animation fields.

Randi Derakhshani has a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts & Animation from The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles and an Associate's Degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from Santa Monica College.
