Randy Ferino

Randy Ferino has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Randy'smost recent position was at Exchange Bank, where they served as the Vice President of Employee Relations & Employment Manager. Prior to that, they held roles as the Vice President of Employment & Recruiting Manager and Employment & Recruiting Manager at the same company. Randy also worked as an HR Business Partner at Exchange Bank for six years.

In addition, Randy served as the President of Marin HR Forum from 2013 to 2014.

Before joining Exchange Bank, they worked at Bank of Marin as a Human Resources Supervisor from 2008 to 2013. Randy also gained consulting experience at WEA Consulting from 2007 to 2008.

Randy's first job out of college was at F. Korbel & Brothers, where they started as a Human Resources Representative. Randy later transferred to a tasting room supervisor role while in grad school to gain supervisor experience. Randy worked at F. Korbel & Brothers from 2001 to 2005.

Randy Ferino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources & Management from Sonoma State University, which they completed in 2001. Randy later pursued and completed their MBA from the same university in 2006.
