Thomas Sands

Thomas Sands is a Regional Sales Manager at Exchange Bank since May 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Wells Fargo for over two decades, where Thomas served as the Regional Bank President for Northern California. In this role, Thomas had a wide footprint extending from Marin and Sonoma Counties up north to Humboldt County and east of Yolo County. Thomas was responsible for managing $8.4 billion in deposits, overseeing a network of six districts and 50 branches, and leading a team of more than 700 Team Members. Thomas holds an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from California State University-Sacramento.
