Jeff Meister

Jeff Meister has extensive work experience in product management and advisory roles. Jeff currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Exchange Solutions, where they are responsible for managing three B2B SaaS products in the loyalty and personalized offers platform space. Their responsibilities at Exchange Solutions include product management, technical writing, and UX design.

Prior to their current role, Jeff worked as an advisor at Loyal VC, providing guidance and expertise. Jeff also served as the Senior Director of Product Management at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, where they oversaw IT implementation, Digital Studios, and Advisory services.

Earlier in their career, Jeff held a position as a Program Manager of Product Operations at NetIQ, where they developed and implemented a new product lifecycle management process. Jeff also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Epsilon, a major interactive and marketing services provider, where they played a key role in the acquisition of DoubleClick Email Services.

Throughout their career, Jeff Meister has consistently demonstrated their expertise in product management and has contributed to the success of various companies in the technology and marketing industries.

Jeff Meister has an MBA from INSEAD. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the same university. In terms of certifications, Jeff has a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org obtained in March 2019, a Design Thinking Practitioner certification from LUMA Institute obtained in February 2018, a ScrumMaster certification from ScrumAlliance obtained in 2009, a Ten Thousand Coffees Member status obtained in January 2022, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) obtained in May 2013.
