Jen Hickling

Jen Hickling has a strong background in client solutions and account management. Jen started their career in 1997 at PPL Marketing, where they served as a Senior Project Manager until 2000. In 2001, they joined Exchange Solutions as a Manager of Client Solutions and later moved on to become a Director, then Senior Director, of Client Solutions. Throughout their roles, Jen was involved in managing loyalty programs, such as Esso Extra and Esso Gift Card, and assisting in the design and implementation of the Club Sobeys program. Since 2015, they have been a Vice President at Exchange Solutions, first overseeing Client Services and then Account Management. In their current role as Vice President of Pre-Sales Consulting, they lead a team responsible for managing and growing existing clients.

Jen Hickling attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
