Prateek Chawla

Prateek Chawla has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Prateek began their career at Infosys as a Business Analyst/System Engineer, where they worked on a SharePoint development project for Kraft Foods Ltd. Prateek gathered client requirements, performed gap and risk analysis, and developed Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.

Prateek then joined Shure Incorporated as a Business Analyst Intern, managing client communications and projects while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. Prateek streamlined processes for system implementation and improved efficiency and communication between teams.

At the University of Illinois at Chicago, Prateek served as a Graduate Assistant in two roles. As a SharePoint Business Analyst, they implemented an electronic documentation system, streamlined contract updates, and developed an agenda meeting module for collaboration. In their role as an IT Business System Analyst, they designed and developed the UIC Business intranet, defined HR processes, and provided recommendations for process improvement.

Prateek then moved to IRI as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they provided BI solutions to top-tier clients in the CPG and Health domain. Prateek created reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and visualization tools, and developed customized client reports incorporating multiple data sources.

Next, Prateek joined Centro as a Business Intelligence Engineer. Prateek played a key role in designing and implementing a new enterprise-wide Data Warehouse Architecture for the Centro Application, gathering requirements and presenting design results to the product team.

Currently, Prateek works at Exchange Solutions as a Manager, Business Intelligence Analytics. Prateek collaborates with clients and teams to deliver business insights, develops Tableau dashboards, and supports loyalty programs and other business areas.

Throughout their career, Prateek has demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and project management, contributing to the success of various organizations.

Prateek Chawla completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Lingayas Institute of Management and Technology in the years 2006 to 2010. Prateek then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in SharePoint 2010 Configuration and SharePoint 2010 Application Development from Microsoft in June 2012 and April 2012 respectively.
