Carrick Friesen

Carrick Friesen is an experienced IT professional with a background in network administration and systems support. Currently serving as a Network Administrator and NOC Analyst at Exchange Technology Services since April 2019, Carrick has held various roles including Service Desk Team Lead and IT Consultant for Nutrien, where responsibilities included providing Tier 2 & 3 support, configuring network infrastructure, and managing IT projects for over 900 employees. Previous experience includes first-line support at PotashCorp, where troubleshooting and PowerShell scripting were prominent, and a web development internship at Polymath Innovations. Carrick holds a Diploma with Honours in Business Information Technology from RRC Polytech.
