Adilson Lago, RICP®, currently serves as the Internal Sales Director at ExchangeRight Real Estate. Previously, Lago held the position of Strategy Consultant Principal at Allianz Life, where responsibilities included analyzing organizational strategies and developing incident management support plans. Prior experience encompasses roles at Brighthouse Financial, such as Director of Transformation for Advisor Experience, where service escalation procedures were created, and Director of Advisor and Client Experience, focusing on improving customer service delivery. Earlier in the career at MetLife, Lago managed a team of over 100 internal wholesalers, achieving significant sales growth. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Redlands and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
