Richard Ghastin

Richard Ghastin is the current President & CEO at ExchangeTek. Prior to this, they were with Aircastle Inc as their Vice President of Sales from January 1993 to May 1997. Their responsibilities there included new business development of high-end clientele for international executive jet charter services and aircraft management services.

Before that, they were with Nevis Technologies which they co-founded in November 1988 and served as their CEO until December 1992. Nevis Technologies was created for the purpose of developing retail banking applications supported by MS Windows network architecture. It was a spinoff from Nixdorf Computer with seed capital from Nixdorf and Wang Laboratories.

Richard Ghastin's first foray into the business world was with Nixdorf Computer where they worked from January 1982 to December 1988 as their Director of Financial Industry Sales. In this role, they directed the sales activity for Nixdorf's entry into the US Retail Bank market with their European market-proven banking systems.

Richard Ghastin has a BA in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Oakland University.
