Sara Haack

Sara Haack has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as an R&D assistant and test engineer at Datex-Ohmeda, gaining experience in developing medical devices for inhalation anesthesia. In 2001, they completed their thesis at KTH, where they designed and 3D modeled a lightweight cello case. Moving forward, Sara held a role as a product documentation specialist at Aneo AB before joining PIAB AB as a project manager, product manager, and design engineer from 2003 to 2010. At PIAB AB, they gained experience in project planning, execution, and product portfolio planning. In 2010, Sara briefly worked as a project manager for St Maxim Biological before joining ÅF as a consultant. At ÅF, they held various positions, including project manager, project management developer, and product owner. In 2013, Sara joined FLIR Systems as a product manager and director of a change focus program. Sara then transitioned into the role of strategic business development director for digitalization and later became the director of product management for gas detection and mobile accessories. Sara'smost recent position is with Excillum, where they serve as the VP of customer operations and product management, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in project management, product management, business development, and strategy.

Sara Haack has a diverse education history, spanning over several years and covering various fields of study. Sara began their education in 1987 at the Royal Swedish Ballet School, where they completed their Basic school education until 1993. Following this, they attended Åva Gymnasium from 1993 to 1996, earning a Gymnasium degree with a focus on Teknisk (Technical) studies.

In 1996, Sara enrolled at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanic, Light Weight Construction. Sara dedicated six years to their studies at KTH, completing their program in 2002.

Over the years, Sara engaged in numerous additional educational programs to enhance their skills and broaden their knowledge. In 2004, they participated in the Best Practice Project Management program at Wenell. In 2008, they underwent leadership training at Skepparbacken Consulting. In 2011, they obtained a Project Management Certification through IPMA.

In 2012, Sara further enriched their understanding of leadership through programs at Move Management and Value Model Arusid AB. In 2013, they underwent training at Learning Tree, focusing on Communicating with Authority and Impact.

Sara's ongoing commitment to personal and professional development is evident in their recent educational pursuits. In 2015, they completed the FLIR Innovation and Leadership program at Babson College. In 2017, they deepened their understanding of Digital Transformation through a course at KTH. In 2018, they attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology's Executive School, concentrating on Industrial Management. Finally, in 2019, they participated in Lead4Change, gaining expertise in Organizational Leadership.
