Dora Beyer

Dora Beyer currently serves as the Director of Community Development at Excite Credit Union and has held multiple leadership roles at the CEN - Center for Excellence in Nonprofits, including Board Chair and Fund Development Committee Chair, where the mission focuses on enhancing the sustainability of nonprofit organizations. As a Founding Member of the Latino Entrepreneurship Giving Circle, Beyer contributes to initiatives aimed at empowering Latino communities. Previously, Beyer was the Events & Public Relations Manager at Alladin Nursery & Gift Shop, overseeing significant community events, and served as Campaign Manager for Gabriela Mendoza-Torres, supporting their successful candidacy for the Cloverdale Unified School Board. Beyer held important positions at Breakthrough Silicon Valley, significantly impacting student retention and program reach, and contributed to college and career readiness initiatives at the University of California, Santa Cruz Educational Partnership Center. Beyer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American & Latino Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
