Susan Pieterse

Susan Pieterse has over two decades of experience in the book retail and publishing industry. Since January 2015, Susan has served as a Supply Chain Controller at Exclusive Books, where strategic management of supply chain operations is a key focus. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Random House Struik from February 2009 to December 2014, initially as Operations Manager and later as Customer Service Manager, overseeing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Earlier in Susan's career, from 2002 to 2008, a position as Stock Controller was held at Fascination Books, providing foundational experience in inventory management.
