Vincenzo Losito MIH is an accomplished Operations Manager at Exclusive Collection since September 2017, responsible for operational leadership across various departments such as F&B, Front of House, and Housekeeping. With a strong focus on customer service excellence, Vincenzo has driven numerous process improvements and productivity enhancements to achieve key performance indicators. Previously, Vincenzo held roles as FB Outlets Manager and Restaurant and Room Service Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing sales, financial analysis, team recruitment, and training, while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Additional experience spans various managerial positions in prestigious establishments such as Coworth Park and Connaught Hotel, alongside academic involvement as a Food and Beverage Lecturer at Capital City College Group. Vincenzo holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Business from London South Bank University and multiple hospitality-related qualifications.
