Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Exclusive Furniture since February 2020, Carolina previously held the position of Director of Marketing at Hill Country Holdings LLC, overseeing marketing efforts for multiple markets with a budget exceeding $15 million. Prior to that, Carolina was Media and Marketing Director at Bel Furniture, where contributions led to the company's recognition as the fastest growing retailer in Texas while managing a $10 million budget. Carolina's career began at Publicidad Latina Advertising Agency as a Media Buyer, where responsibilities included developing and managing targeted marketing programs for various local industries.
